That's why I do this work the way I do, with the strategy and the mindset in the same room, because in real life they were never separate.
My story, briefly
I started out doing the work behind other people's businesses, the inboxes, the systems, the follow-up, the hundred small things that keep a company upright. I was good at it, and I was exhausted by it. What I kept noticing was that the mess was rarely the real problem. The real problem was a founder who couldn't say no, couldn't decide, and couldn't stop being the bottleneck.
So I went and got trained to work on that. Today I'm a certified Life and Performance Coach, and my practice sits in an unusual place: part coach, part strategist, part operator. We'll talk about your offer and your numbers, and we'll also talk about the guilt that shows up when you protect your calendar. Both conversations are the business.
I work with people who are capable and tired. Founders, solo practitioners, small teams where one person is quietly doing everything. My job is to help you see it clearly, choose deliberately, and build something that doesn't require all of you all the time.
